Hi Robbin! We don’t have old shows from Ted Nugent Spirit of the Wild anymore. ; \
      Sorry for your loss.
      Many blessings to you.

I try to prep all at once so its quick and easy to pull out later. Like cutting up chesee, veggies and fruit which only takes me maybe 45 minutes for the whole week (of course not all fruit works that way but the ones I can I do this for). Then I less tempted to pull out something not so healthy for their snack when I am feeling too lazy to cut any up no excuse because its already done!

Do you know any alternatives to Dairy Queen?
I want to get away from high fructose sugars… but I just love ice cream

Actually, you can make your own ice cream using real fruit as sweetener! There are a lot of alternatives to ice cream available at the grocery stores now too.

Shemane, I have recently made a change to live healthier. I have always worked very physical jobs, but made a career change a few years ago and have packed on the weight. I am a hunter and love the venison and wild game I hunt. but I have zero time to make and prepare meals so I have little time for extra exercise, besides the 6 miles a day I average walking, and I need to make a change to live heather. I am struggling on the weight loss, due to portion size! it is severely difficult to portion down, without starving. I also spent many years of my life skipping meals to ensure my family didn’t have to do without, so I still have the mindset of eating a full meal and feeling full! I do struggle with it every day and every meal! 4 weeks in and -8 lbs but I find myself wanting to constantly over eat! I have tried to drink water and stay hydrated it seems to have any effect on me! please help with any ideas and God Bless you and Ted

      Hi Shawn!
Here’s something you can do: Eat more veggies! Start your day with fresh veggie juice. Have a huge salad for lunch (hold the dressing!) and eat raw veggies in the afternoon for a snack.
Let me know if that helps.

      All the best, Shemane
